Our story

Small oven. Big flavor.

Little Oven makes everything from scratch when it can. The dough follows the shop's own original recipe and is tossed by hand. The sauce and the sausage are made in house too.

Ingredients come from California's Central Valley, so what ends up on your pie grew down the road.

Delivery without the marketplace

Little Oven does not deliver today, and pickup stays the heart of the shop. If you ever want delivery, we can switch it on with Uber Direct, and your own site stays in charge.

  • Uber Direct is a courier, not a marketplace. Your website takes the order and the payment. Uber only sends a driver.
  • Uber Eats is a different product. There your menu lives in Uber's app, Uber sets the commission and Uber holds the customer. Direct keeps the customer, the order and the data with you.
  • Pay per delivery, not per order. The customer sees the courier's live price for their address before they pay. You decide whether they pay it or you cover it.
  • You stay in control. Turn delivery on for busy nights, off on slow ones, from one switch on the kitchen screen.

Fees and coverage are set by Uber and should be confirmed with them. Customers get driver updates by text from Uber.
